This article will teach you how to add lead generation form to Pricing page.

Steps:

• Log into your website’s backend at [your-site-url]/wp-admin
• Click “Pricings” in the navigation bar
• Hover over Pricing then click edit to edit the page
• Scroll down to content section
• Click inside the square next to form
• Add in the form title and description
• Paste your form code that you get from the backend in the box under form code
